Welcome to Sophia’s Artisanal Bakery, where the beauty of nature merges with pastries that are made with traditional French techniques.

Baking and being out in nature have always been a huge part of my life. So when I realized that I could mix both my passions, I felt truly inspired.

Using organic ingredients, fruits, edible plats and my knowledge of French patisserie I have created my one of a kind desserts.

Throughout my whole life l've been emerged in what I called my three worlds and I have come to the realization that I can share a little bit of each one through my pastries.

I am originally from Venezuela but my parents are a mix from three different countries(Venezuela,United States, and France). I was Born in Venezuela with the American culture well present. Seeing my grandmother cook and bake started the spark of my passion for the art of patisseries.

Later on, I moved to France where I finally pursued my career by working in a French pastry shop Now,here in Madison I got the knowledge and courage to share what I love and show my culture through my desserts.
